“Nova Heat Pumps performed a complex heat pump installation in our new home in Kentville, in March/April of 2021. We’ve had a chance to live with the units now, and feel it is hands down the best money we’ve spent on our house. We dealt with Brodie (the owner), who arrived right on time, and managed to finish the entire install earlier than he’d expected. The quality of the work is absolutely top shelf, from the outside of the house, the install looks professional and clean. Inside, the work is equally detailed, and the units Brodie uses made by Kerr are very high quality. Rather than being a necessary appliance, they actually add to the design in our interior. After all this, the install came in below what we were quoted, and Brodie even took the time to teach my wife an I how to properly use the units, with some tips to get the greatest efficiency from them. Five stars for Nova Heat Pumps and for Brodie’s punctuality and professionalism. We will do business with him again!”
