No, our ducted heat pump cleanings and service do not consist of ductwork cleaning of any kind.

How much is the diagnostic fee?

Our diagnostic fee of $249 + HST is a flat rate to diagnose the issue with your residential heat pump. This fee does not cover pressure/leak testing, any necessary materials, or replacement parts. Separate diagnostic fees apply for each individual heat pump system.

Nova Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning offers free home assessments. Please use the scheduling tool on the left-hand side to book your free home assessment with one of our certified HVAC Technicians.

Please note all appointment arrival times are within a 3-hour timeframe from the hour booked. For example, if you book a 9:00 AM appointment our technician could arrive between 9 AM and 12 PM. Due to the nature of our work, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times as we are in our busy season and some appointments may take longer than others.
