Our Heat Pump stopped working late Winter and we had to use our Baseboard Heaters. We contacted a few Services in the area and Nova was the first to respond. Within a week a Technician was here and after an extensive examination of the two Units, he was able to locate the problem in the outside Unit. Being the second owner of the Mitsubishi Heat Pump, we weren't certain whether it was going to be warrantied. The Office got back to us and we learned it was, due to the age of the Unit. After receiving the part, they returned, installed it and everything is operating 100%. We would easily recommend Nova Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning in a heartbeat. It was a very pleasant experience from the Office Manager's professionalism, and quick responses, to the Technician skill and ability to speak to us where we understood the issues. An excellent experience and company to deal with!

There are so many companies out there doing heat pumps and they all seem to sell them with a smile. Difference with this company is they sold me a heat pump with a smile but were able to find the leak in my old system, within ten minutes of trying to take out my old system, that 3 other companies couldn't find and offered to fix it rather than charging me for the new one. I still went with new one as my old system was ten years old but wasn't preasurred to do so. The people in the office and guys out in the field for this company are second to none, so friendly knowledgeable and have integrity to spare.
