As authorized Mitsubishi Electric dealers, we specialize in the installation of mini-split ductless & ducted heat pumps from Mitsubishi. We also offer a great selection of heat pumps from Tosot as well.

Residential & Commercial HVAC Services
Our skilled technicians can service most major heat pump brands, keeping your existing system running at peak performance, regardless of manufacturer. Regular maintenance from Nova Heat Pumps can extend the life of your heat pump and ensure year-round comfort for your home.
Our service-call area ranges from Greenwood to Windsor. We don’t service Senville, Rheem, Frigidaire, and Novair. All service call prices are $199.99 +HST for diagnostics, after the first hour the cost is $125 per hour.
Cleaning & Annual Maintenance
Once a year a certified professional should come and service your heat pump as part of its annual maintenance. The technician will inspect the following:
inspect the unit for dirt, debris, and other obstructions
check for duct leakage
ensure proper airflow
make sure your unit has the correct refrigerant charge
make sure there are no refrigerant leaks
inspect electric terminals
inspect belts, motors, and more
Please note that our services and cleaning do not include cleaning ductwork of any kind. We service the actual machines only.
